UniCal students visit CRIMAC

We were delighted to welcome to our seat a group of students from the Master’s Degree Programme in Biodiversity and Conservation of Natural Systems (marine specialisation) at the DiBEST Department (Biology, Ecology and Earth Sciences) of the University of Calabria, accompanied by Prof. Rocco Tiberti.

During the visit, we presented our laboratories and the main areas of research currently being carried out at CRIMAC – Calabria Marine Centre / Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn, with a focus on ongoing activities and the infrastructure supporting our research.

We are delighted that the CRIMAC centre continues to serve as a hub for research and education: the strong ties between the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn and Calabrian universities are vital for opening up new opportunities for young people, fostering career development, internships and future scientific collaborations.
